Easy transport links to London, Luton Airport, and Stanstead Airport . Within easy reach of major motorways such as A1, A10, M1, and M25.We offer comfortable and relaxed accomodation in a warm ample setting with quiet gardens and a private heated swimming pool (April-Nov) for the use of guests. Each room is tastefully decorated to the highest standard with Freeview in every room and free broadband internet . Luxury ensuite room has a super kingsize bed and fold out sofa bed with large en-suite facilities and Sky TV with all channels.Two Single rooms have freeview TV and Free Broadband internet, Tea and coffee making facilities and a shared bathroom. One of the single rooms has a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.The Executive double En-suite has a desk, broadband internet, and large TV. It has a panoramic view of garden, and sumptuous bedding to help you relax while enjoying the peace and quiet.Dogs and children are welcome to stay (at small extra cost). Please note, we have 2 friendly cocker spaniels who love children.
