Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. Payment and Cancellation Terms and ConditionsPlease note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs, 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
