Originally built in 1879 this beautiful 29 bedroomed Victorian propertywas formerly used as a private residential dwelling before beingtransformed into the Grosvenor Hotel in 1990.Ever since becoming the owners in September 2008 Paul, Lindsey and theirteam have made huge changes to the hotel as they continually strive toimprove the quality and comforts of your stay something that is asimportant to them now as it did on the day that they took over.Currently operating on a bed and breakfast ... Morebasis, a full locally sourcedand freshly cooked breakfast is included in your overnight price. Our guest lounge hosts a large flat screen TV for the use of all guests aswell as a fully stocked licensed bar and selection of freshly groundcoffees. We have also recently opened a small Sky Sports lounge so youdon't miss that vital game while you're away!
