About Us

ILONA is a singer/songwriter from Bulgaria living in London and currently working on her debut album with producer/songwriter Tony Moore (Cutting Crew). After meeting in April 2011 they have written more than 30 songs. Her mini tour of UK (Bath, Portsmouth, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds) commenced in August and included The Caffe Nero sessions.

2011 saw ILONA perform at Hop Farm Festival. She went on to support Passenger, Newton Faulkner,The Dunwells, The Find and Adam Ant. Radio presenter ... MoreJoanne Good called her 'Enchanting', with 'A voice with a depth and quality to it that belies her young years'.
Her songs 'I Fade', 'Lie baby lie', 'Love's like a loaded gun' and 'Endlessly' have been played on BBC Radio London several times.She was invited to perform for BBC Christmas Special show with Maxi Priest, Sonna Rele and The Puppini Sisters, broadcast on 18th December 2011.

In 2012 she completed her first US tour where she played SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas alongside The Dunwells, Marcus Foster, Ed Sheeran and Beth Rowley, and spend a week performing in LA. She came back in April and embarked on a June UK tour where she played SoundCity Festival (Liverpool), GoNorth Festival(Scotland), Wales, Channel Islands and a headline acoustic show at Hop Farm Festival.
Her songs were featured on BBC Scotland and BBC Wales Radio stations, as well as a few US independent radio stations.

Ilona is currently recording her debut album, writing and performing extensively.
